In the Framework of Hayah Karima Initiative: Benha University organizes Medical and Educational convoys to the village of Arab Juhayna

Benha University has organized medical and educational convoys to the village of Arab Juhayna , within the framework of Hayah Karima Initiative that launched by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic to develop Egyptian villages.
The convoys came under the auspices of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, Major General Abdel Hamid El Hagan, Governor of Qalyubia, Dr. Gamal Soussa, President of Benha University, and Dr. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice President for Education and Student Affairs. The convoy has been done in the presence of Dr. Mahmoud Iraqi, the supervisor of the Community Service and Environment Development Sector at Benha University, Dr. Mohamed Gamal El-Din Al-Ashhab, Faculty of Medicine dean and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Benha University Hospitals, Dr. Nermin Adly, Faculty of Medicine deputy for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs, and Dr. Mahmoud Al-Sabrout, Director of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Qalyubia. Prof. Gamal Soussa, Benha University President, stressed that Benha University has an important role in community service and environment development through its participation in all presidential initiatives. He also pointed out that these convoys come within the framework of increasing the interdependence between the university and the community, lifting the burden on the citizens, and activating the role of the university in caring for the people whom most in need. On the other hand, Dr. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, pointed out the importance of highlighting the role of university education in developing society and expanding its knowledge and cultural horizons through the contribution of its institutions in graduating graduates capable of developing their societies.

Benha University Girls' get Two Medals at University Girl Olympiad at Luxor

Dr. Gamal Sosa, Benha University President has announced that Benha University girls have got two medals at University Girl Olympiad at Luxor.
On his part, Benha University President has congratulated the students for that great achievement and he also stressed the University's interest in positive participation at all championships which create effective communication between all Egyptian university students. On the other hand, Dr. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, said that university students won "2 medals in various student activities during University Girl Olympiad activities at Luxor.

Benha University President opens Furniture Design Gallery for Faculty of Applied Arts Students'

Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, Benha University President has opened Furniture Design Gallery for Faculty of Applied Arts Students' .
The Gallery has been organized by Faculty of Applied Arts and in presence of Dr. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Abd El Moamen Shams El Din , the Faculty of Applied Arts dean , Dr. Khalid Esawy , the general coordinator for Students' activities , professors and students of Interior design and furniture department . During his visit to the gallery, Dr. Jamal Sosa stressed the importance of benefiting from student works in the community service sector and adopting students' ideas and benefiting from them by making catalogs of various designs and presenting them for marketing. Sosa also pointed out that Benha University is keen on developing students' skills and adopting their creativity, praising the gallery and the works presented by students to maximize benefit from them, especially in furniture factories in Egypt, and to preserve the intellectual property rights of Benha University.
