El-Kady stresses that rules should be strictly followed in Benha University

Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the University president, during its presidency of the leaders’ council, stresses that the stduents should strictly follow the rules as they practice the students’ activities and the political activities outside the university.
