This program focuses on the scientific and professional field of designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure and utility projects. Traditional civil engineering programs often lack the specialized knowledge required for work in this area. Recognizing the importance of utilities and infrastructure, the college established this specialized program to focus on the design and implementation of such projects. Graduates will be qualified to work on projects involving:

• Hydrographic surveying
• Applied geophysics techniques
• Subsurface surveying
• Satellite positioning techniques (GPS, etc.)
• Surveying and mapping
