            Prof.Dr.Gamal El Saeed, the President of Benha University issued several decisions of appointments as following; Dr\ Ibrahim Mahammed Rageh was appointed as the head of pathology department and Dr\Mohammed Saeed, the professor at civil Engineering department was appointed as advisor to the University President for engineering affairs.  

The participants in the international conference of developing higher education in the light of global variables recommend to several recommendations on the university level and on the national level. These recommendations should, if strictly followed, develop higher education institutions and hone the quality of education in Egypt. This conference is held under the auspices of prof.Dr. Khalid Abd EL-Gaffer, the minister of higher education, prof.Dr. Hussien Magraby, the acting university president and prof.Dr. Alaa Abd EL-Halim, the governor of qulubia.

Prof.Dr. Hussien Magraby, the acting university president hosts prof.Dr. Muhammad Osman EL-fantory, the vice president of Bani walid Libyan university in his office in order to discuss the ways of coopertation between both universities in the fields of education, scientific research and students and faculties' members' exchange. They also discuss the possibility of putting into action new educational curriculums and scientific periodicals exchange.

Benha University's delegation, under the presidency of prof.Dr. Hussien el-Magraby, the acting university president visits colonel/Reda Tablia, Qulubia security director to congratulate him on the occasion of the police day.

The deans' council discusses, in the presence of the faculties' deans, the preparations of the international conference of the higher education development that will be held in Benha University from 22-1-201 to 23-1-2019.

Prof.Dr. Hussien Magraby, the acting university president meets with prof.Dr. Ahmed Abd EL-Bary, the president of Zagzig University. Both sides discuss the ways of cooperation between both universities. Dr. EL-Magraby was discussing a PhD dissertation there.

Prof.Dr. Hussien Magraby, the acting university president decides to announce emergency status in Benha University's hospital in the Christmas in addition to stressing that the doctors and the faculty's members should be in the hospitals in the Christmas.

Tomorrow morning, the international conference of higher education development is inaugurated. This conference is organized in Benha University from 22-1-2019 to 23-1-2019 under the auspices of prof.Dr. Khalid Abd EL-Gaffer, the minister of higher education, prof.Dr. Hussein Magraby, the acting university president and prof.Dr. Alaa Abd EL-Halim, the qulubia governor.

Prof.Dr. Abd EL-Reheim EL-Henity, the assistant general secretary of the Arab Universities Union says that the union has launched many projects which aim at developing the higher education by holding many workshops and courses that enhance the quality of education. He also stresses that education is considered as an investment in the man.
