The President of Banha University receives a delegation from the Coptic Orthodox Church.

Dr. Gamal Al-Saied, President of Banha University, received in his office today His Grace Bishop Maximus, Bishop of Banha, Quesna and its dependencies, and Girgis Zaki, priest of the Church of Our Lady in Banha. The ecclesiastical delegation congratulated Al-Saied on assuming his new position as President of the University, wishing him success in his new mission.

Benha University pays the fees for patent registration to encourage teaching staff and researchers, and to support excellence and innovation.

Prof. Dr. Gamal El-Said- president of Benha University – admit that the University will pay the fees of the registration of patents to support excellence and innovation, provided that the University must be an essential part in the intellectual property rights of the patent. On his side, Dr. Nasser Al-jizawi – the supervisor of the graduate studies and research sector stated conditions for obtaining a patent from the Egyptian Patent Office, where the invention must be new, involves an innovative step and be industrially applicable.

The President of Benha University continues his tours in the university's hospital and confirms the provision of real community service.

Dr. Gamal El-Said, President of Benha University, visited the university hospitals where he visited the hospital pharmacy, the sterilization unit, the outpatient clinics, the patients' accommodation rooms, the drug stores and the pathological laboratories department. During his tour, Dr. Al-Said called for the need to regulate the circulation of documents and the use of sound methods in preserving or disposing of them, pointing out the importance of following a specific system to present demands and complete the administrative system. El-Said said that this visit comes to determine the location of the establishment and modernization of the operation rooms of the hospital.
