The stduents exchange conference has begun which was organized by the Arab universities Arab union. The conference was initiated by the word of prof.Dr. Ghalib El-Refaay, the president of El-Ein university in which he stresses that the stduents exchange is very important among the Arab universities to help the youth stimulate their thoughts and culture. 

In the frame of the societal role of Benha University, the university put all its medical potentials at the disposal of the state to provide a quality healthcare to the poisoned at Shubra-EL-Khima in the Qulubia governorate. The university president contacts with prof.Dr. Hesham Abu EL-Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies, prof.Dr. Mahmoud Abd el-Sabour, the dean of the faculty of medicine and prof.Dr. Yosry EL-Saied, the manager of the university hospitals in order to contact the ministry of health and get the job well done.

Benha University is in the third place in the E-Learning according to the assessment of the supreme council of the universities at the end of the second quarter of December 2016. Prof.Dr. Muhammad Muhammady Ghanem, the head of the E-Learning center thanks those who achieve such an accomplishment starting from prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president and their vice presidents to prof.Dr. Ghazi Assasa, the executive manager of IT.

Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady approves that 1.4 1.4 million L.E for the social solidarity fund should be provided to support the cadre of medical careers in the university hospitals in addition to providing the social security fund dues. In case of the financial shortage, the money should be provided by the core resources of the education section.

In a quick response of the initiative of the president/ Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to maintain the link between the veterans administration and the civil society and hold an exhibition of the veterans products and the exchange the visits between the veterans and the martyrs , injured families and the universities students.  Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady quickly responds to the initiative of the president in appreciation of the their effort to fight extremism and terrorism and maintains the links between the citizens and the armed forces by contacting the general / El-Sayed EL-Ghaly, the head of the veterans administration to hold the first exhibition of the veterans in Benha university.

“Yes, Egypt can” initiative in Benha university will held a diverse carnival including the Volunteering and Service activities in order to reinforce the concept of the Volunteering work in addition to maintaining strong link between the university's students and the students' activities. The carnival also includes the explanation the different students' activities and getting to know how to spend the leisure time positively and effectively.

Under the auspices of prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president and prof.Dr. Hesham Abu El-Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies and research, Benha University holds, on Sunday 19-2-2017, a workshop bout the Egyptian Knowledge bank at the conference hall in the faculty of commerce. This workshop is held in cooperation with the Digital library unit of the supreme council of the universities, the publishers, the companies which participate in the Egyptian Knowledge bank. The workshop is held in the presence of prof.Dr. Osama Hamed, the deputy of the faculty of arts, prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizawy, the deputy of the faculty of agriculture and prof.Dr. Khalid Eid, the deputy of the faculty of arts.

Benha University leader's council honors the winning students in the sixth young researcher's conference which is held in Aswan University from 5-2-2017 to 7-2-2017. It is important to say that Benha University participates with seven researches in the fields of medicine, science, engineering, agricultural, computer and informatics. The students who participate in the conference are as following; student/ Ahmed Yasser from the faculty of science, student/ Amany Muhammad from the faculty of education, the students / Mona Red and Ayman Gamil from the faculty of agriculture, the students/ Yasser Mahmoud and Muhammad Ahmed from the faculty of engineering and student / nourhan Muhammad from the faculty of applied arts. 

Prof.Dr. Muhammad El-Nashar, The former minister of higher education thanks Benha University for holding the Egyptian education forum. This statement concurs with his presence the concluding ceremony of the education forum in which the recommendations were drawn, a musical performance was held, the participants were awarded. The former minister urges the supreme council of the universities to hold this forum annually.

The president of Benha University, the deputies, the faculties' deans, the faculties' members, the teaching assistants and the students condemn the terrorist attack in the north of Sinai against the Christians. The university stands firm and united in the face of terrorism and those who conspire against Egypt.
